Ingredients:
- 1/2kg sardine (cleaned & butterfly-shaped)
- 14-15 cherry tomatoes
- 2 potatoes
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley
Method:
In a large ovenware, add some olive oil, sliced potatoes, onion, tomatoes, garlic and fishes in order. Add 1+1/2 cup water and fresh lemon juice. Cover with a foil and put the oven. Cook 35-40 minutes in 375F. Serve with parsley and Yeni Rakı.
