​​​150g butter
150g sugar
2 eggs
+ 3/4 cups self-rising flour
100g yoghurt
12cl Yeni Rakı
Blueberries
Icing sugar


Method:​

Beat the eggs and sugar together in a bowl till it's become pale and creamy. While beating the eggs and sugar add cold butter and continue to beat until the mixture well combined.

Brush your cake pan with melted butter and place mixture to the pan. Add the raki soaked blueberries over the top. Bake 30-35 minutes at 370F. Remove the cake from oven and set aside to cool slightly. Dust with icing sugar.
