Chop the onion and the lard. Put them in a large bowl. Then add ground beef, ground lamb, spices and mix them until all is well combined forming a pasty meat mixture. Take a fistful portion of the meat mixture and placed it on a wooden skewer. Repeat the process until you have run out of meat. Place the rule kebabs on the lightly oiled grill. Grill on medium-high heat for 4 minutes on one side, turn over and grill for another 3-4 minutes. You can serve your lule kebab with pita bread and onion salad. Enjoy!
