​​​2 tbsp yoghurt
​Chopped onion
​Paprika
​Salt
​Black pepper
​Thyme
​Olive oil
​500 gr entrecote


Method:

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except entrecote. After stirring the mixture well, pour it over the entrecote and mix with your hands. Fold your meat into a stretch film. For better marination, your meat should wait in the fridge at least 6-7 hour. After the marination, slice your meat and grill. Serve your doner within pita bread. Enjoy!​
